He had to oversee Subaru's recovery from a March earthquake while implementing a business plan that aims to boost U.S. sales by 33 percent in five years. Central to the plan: new products, including the automaker's first hybrid. Automotive News sat down with Yoshinaga at Fuji's Tokyo headquarters this month.
