His sprawling Chevrolet empire in suburban Des Moines holds quarterly one-price mega-sales, uses computers to track customers' waits for F&I appointments, and blows out the competition with tire and accessory sales. And as you'll hear and see, the 70-year-old Moyer isn't ready to kick back yet.
